CIRCLE OF FRIENDS MILDRED H. SCHWARTZ SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
Teen volunteers entering 9th grade may apply to win a $2,500 award. The award will be presented to one high school student each year, during their high school senior year. The volunteer must fulfill a minimum of 220 "friendship hours" with Circle of Friends over the course of their four years at high school and portray leadership qualities and a strong commitment to the Circle of Friends' mission. The winner will receive a monetary award to be used at their discretion. The award will be presented at the Circle of Friends Annual Evening of Recognition.
Please complete the volunteer registration form before completing the scholarship form.
Each student applicant will be required to log and show proof of their volunteer hours on a designated web page.
This award is sponsored by Mr. Stephen Schwartz in memory of his mother,
Mildred H. Schwartz of blessed memory.
